Cancellation Eligibility
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] as soon as possible.
Cancellation Process
To cancel an order, please reach out to our customer service team at [email protected]. In your email, kindly provide your order number and the reason for cancellation. Our customer service team will process your cancellation request and issue a refund accordingly.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order and provide a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, we will provide you with a return label to send the item(s) back to us for a refund. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was sent.
Refunds for orders canceled before shipping will be processed within 5 business days, using the original form of payment.
Order Changes
We understand that you may need to make changes to an order after it has been placed. Unfortunately, once an order has been submitted, we are unable to modify it. If you need to make changes to an order, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to cancel the order and place a new one.
Order Processing
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. To ensure the order has not been processed yet, please contact our customer service team promptly if you need to cancel an order.
Shipping
Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. If you need to cancel an order that has already been shipped, you will need to wait for the item(s) to be delivered and then contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
Gift Orders
If you need to cancel a gift order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. If the order has already been shipped, the cancellation process will be the same as for a regular order.
Discounts
If you cancel an order placed with a discount or promotion code, the discount or promotion code cannot be reused. If you have any inquiries regarding our discounts or promotions, please feel free to contact our customer service team.
